Nano Filler Masterbatch for PP injection Product washing machine

Functional Reinforcement Nano CaCO3 Masterbatch(PP Injection nano caco3 masterbatch) is widely used in The Polylefin Pipe,Sheet,Injection Mold,Blowing Mold,Extrusion and some Engineering Plastics such as ABS,HIPS.

Advantage:

1. the caco3 particle's size is narrowly distributed between 60 - 80 nm

2. the particle won't stick together in melt

3. not any bad influence to the product's property

4. reduce the cost

Usage:

Directly mix with PP resin, keep the masterbatch well distributed.

Additive Rate:

10% at least,higher rate depend on trial

Package, Transportations and Storage:

1. Kraft-plastic bag , 25kg / bag.

2. Transportations according to non-dangerous good. Note to avoid moisture,insolation and breakage.

3. The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use the product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, Dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90°C for 30 minutes.
