Application:

This series of polyethylene wax is used in the PVC extrusion, injection, calendaring and PVC composite stabilizer.

Performance:

With good outside lubrication, when used in calendaring, P600PA can prevent the adhesion of roll effectively; in extrusion and injection, prevent the adhesion of the screw effectively and improve the stripping effect.When used in transparent products, P600PA does not affect the transparency of products.When used in PVC composite stabilizer, proper amount of P600PA can have well efficient with other lubricants.P600PA is a non-polar compound, can promote material in PVC formulations uniformly dispersed, improve the processing flowability of the melt.Polyethylene wax is no-toxic compounds, when added to PVC formulations, will not affect the final environmental requirement of PVC products.
